increase your productivity, and subsequently your income,
inexpensively and effectively?

Third, are you using your current broker as a crutch?  Are they more of a babysitter than a means of income?  Are you just flat "comfortable"?

BPS also provides leads, loans, and internet research vehicles, your own website and secure online application, hundreds of  potential lenders with millions of different loan programs.  We give you ways to close more loans, and make more money.          Although these services are not free, they are definitely more reasonable than 10-50% of your commission.

BPS will not hold your hand and baby sit you.  For a flat fee of $500 per file funding, you will need to be self-sufficient.  You will need to credit-grade your own clients, using lenders' u/w guidelines and matrices.  You will need to decide which lender to submit your file to, follow up, and make sure it closes.  You will need to get on fax lists with lenders, to be updated regularly with new programs and rates.  You will need your own processor, or process your own files, or use BPS' contract processors. 

BPS does supply you with many mainstream lenders, from A+ to F credit programs.  We can supply you with consultation, if you have a particularly troublesome file.

If you are already doing all of these things, then you are ready to move up on the food chain, and make 100% of your commissions.  If you have not been doing all of these things it is a short hop from where you are right now, and well worth the effort from an increased income perspective.

You will need to send your Florida Mortgage Broker License to Berch Property Systems, Inc.  It must be displayed at our main office.  Our address is below.

The process:
1.  Register as a Participant - upon acceptance, we will issue you your Participant Code, a
     W-9 form and our procedures in writing.   
2.  Get all the tools you need (Lender lists, leads, website, email address, etc.)
3.  When you have a loan, come back here to request a Loan ID number.
4.  Any application fees, appraisal or credit report fees must be forwarded to us.  Please       
     send your client's check, along with an explanation of the fees and Loan ID number.
5.  Submit your loan to your lender of choice, follow up, close it.
6.  When it FUNDS, send the check and a signed HUD1 to the address below.
7.  Upon receipt of the check and the HUD1, BPS will send your check to you.
8.  Get another loan!
